LAUREN HARRIS

I'm a passionate and hands-on Mechanical Engineering student nearing graduation. While I'm finishing my degree, I'm actively turning my passion into practice. I do this through:

• Lab experience: Gaining valuable skills and knowledge by working in a laboratory environment. Designing and constructing helmet rigs for studying traumatic brain injury or robotic arms for temperature-controlled experimental environments.
   

• Personal projects: Designing and building projects that allow me to explore different areas of mechanical & electrical engineering and hone my technical skills. Such as creating piezoelectric generator speed bumps for the city of Los Angeles, or creating 3D model assets for games like Hogwarts Legacy.

 

My goal is to leverage my academic foundation and practical experience to launch a successful career in engineering, manufacturing and 3D design but also to explore my passions for helping others and creating stuff of dreams.
